The City of Refuge Worship Center is committed to the cause of Christ in these ever changing and challenging times. We move with alacrity to assess and meet the current situations facing our planet today. As we face the COVID-19 threat; we hold tight to the truth of the Word and we say Faith over Fear. Let us make every effort to be hygienic and remember that our Lord has promised to be with us in all the challenges of life. It is well.

We are about the Lord’s business. While in prayer the Lord spoke to Apostle and said to build Him a City of Refuge according to the book of Joshua 20:2 and Numbers 35:6
This City shall consist of but not limited to church, home for unwed mothers, home for the elderly, school, gymnasium, supermarket, banking institution, etc. We hold fast to the commission that God has placed before us, found in Isaiah 61:1… and we boldly proclaim.

Our Mission – Isaiah 61:1-3
To impact and provide services to the community of St. Croix, Virgin Islands through a Christian Sanctuary that nurtures, mobilizes and prepares believers and nonbelievers to become leaders through the work of ministry and promote radio and television outreach, activities in the arts and music ministries for the youths.
